Your Mission 

As an IT Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales), you will play a key role in helping our customers maximize the value of our solutions. Your role will include: 

  • Providing on-site consulting, ensuring optimal use of our solutions and suggesting improvements
  • Managing projects for the successful implementation of our software
  • Collaborating with the development team to explore and create innovative UC solutions
  • Supporting the sales team in pre-sales, shaping proposals tailored to client needs 
  • Delivering product presentations and technical guidance to potential customers

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • Strong expertise in Cisco and Microsoft Voice telephony
  • Solid experience with SQL/MySQL, Windows Server, Linux, and VMware 
  • Ability to create, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries & stored procedures
  • Fluency in German and French, with good English skills
